Things to Keep in Mind Before Investing in Stock Market

Investing in Stock Market is always considered very difficult job by the people, since it has lots of risk and investing acumen at stake, One thing is sure that no Stock market investment companies can give guarantee of their investing tips so at last it comes to ones own self to analyse the market and gain from it.

Always remember no analyst/investment advice company can give guarantee returns, that is they simply can't work without the disclaimers which they attach along with their websites or otherwise.

So here are probably 50 best investing tips for a layman who wants to start investing in stock markets without fail...I SAID WITHOUT FAIL !!

1. Do not buy a stock without examining the financial health of the company from atleast last 3-4 years(most of the companies which provide stock advice often do not follow this important tip because it needs lots of analysis and acumen which except Warren Buffett no body can provide.

2. Go for a good and professional help so that you can be guided about the market (also check that there are lots of such fake professionals around today so choose a genuine one for investing your hard money (only in case you don't have time for analysis or mental acumen to do so...only if you are a dumb).

3. Never buy a stock without knowing its business and who its competitor is - If the competitor is too big and authoritative (have good political relations) then be away from such small cos.

4. Follow the leaders of an industry so that you can get good knowledge of the market - Examine and analyse functioning of such company from last five years atleast for a long term investment.

5. Do not guess the futures of Indian stock markets as they are very volatile just have a terrific analysis acumen.

6. Never buy stocks when market indexes are in up-trend because chances of loosing are too high because such trends are often made by brokers but actual fundamentals of that company are too weak.

7. Try to wait until the stock market has clearly turned around. - That wait can be everlasting though due to volatility.

8. Always make your decision to buy the top companies of industries (when their stock is undervalued).

9. Make it a point to buy companies with new products or services (companies which are very innovative in approach) and mind it very few Indian cos fall in this list as all are copy cats or inspired by some other company.

10. Make sure that you buy stocks that are expanding in the stock market (this requires analysis of that company from very basic).

11. Try to determine whether large or small caps are favored in the stock market.

12. The earnings should be growing from last 2-3 years for that company.

13. Try to invest in companies that have high experienced management (because they would know techniques how to prohibit other cos to come at power).

14. Make decisions after you are fully confident by the findings of your analysis about a company.

15. Do not be impatient (apply wait and analyse philosophy).

16. Be a long time investor for better returns.

17. Go for a good broker (and who can negotiate for commission).

18. Set a strict budget (never go to purchase stocks beyond your financial limits because that can be very devastating).

19. Set your goals.

20. be always optimistic about your approach.

21. Aim higher and i am sure you will achieve it.

22. Try to minimize risk (strong analysis skill required again).

23. Maintain market records - for atleast last three years for the stock in which you want to invest.

24. Do not be greedy.

25. Act wise.

26. Think more.

27. Make a research.

28. Understand the value which a stock can deliver.

29. Know about NSE and BSE, and working of stock markets too

30. Buy fixed income securities as these are the best bets.

31. Minimize risk.

32. Try to spend less.

33. Enjoy open communication - on any stock market forum.

34. Keep track of records.

35. Ask for latest updates about your favorite stock.

36. Beware of fraud brokers- mind it there are many on net or outside.

37. Set yourself on win-win situations.

38. have some basic stock investing tips (this post fulfills your this tip).

39. Never average down - mediocre stocks have no life.

40. Pay attention to real estate - but this is highly volatile market.

41. Avoid fraud email links, stock market tricks, websites without disclaimers are fraud for sure.

42. Set your objectives higher.

43. Do not give any credit card details even to the brokers present online.

44. Never be disappointed - (remember profit and loss are two sides of a coin).

45. Listen to stock news - important if you are going to make short term investment instead of long term.

46. Follow these evergreen investment tips.

47. Consult experienced stock market consultant.

48. Have faith in your hired technical or fundamental analysts (provided he/she high caliber and tremendous analytical skills required for reading face of a company from stock value)

49. Do not overextend your budget - last but a very very basic one for all.

So here I finish my typing and hope that you will definitely gain from these tips and spread a word. If you think your tips should also be included here please leave a comment.

Tax Saving Investments

There are multiple options. contradictory advice. And a deadline that's approaching fast. Many taxpayers find themselves in this situation at the beginning of the year when they have to make tax-saving investments.
Are you also confused? Before you make a choice, go through these points which is the best option for you. Based on these five basic parameteres namely returns, safety, flexibility, liquidity and taxability. Every investment has its pros and cons.
The PPF may not have a very high return, but its tax-free status, flexibility of investment and liquidity by way of loans and withdrawals, gives it the crown in our beauty pageant. Equity-linked saving schemes come in second because of their high returns, flexibility, liquidity and tax-free status. However, traditional insurance policies, an all-time favourite of Indian taxpayers, manage the ninth place because of the low returns they offer and their rigidity. It can be a useful instrument for the smart investor who shifts his money between equity and debt without incurring any tax.
You can to separate the chaff from the grain by assigning a star rating to the various tax-saving options. Whether you are a novice or a seasoned investor, you will find it useful. It will help you cut through the clutter and choose the investment option that best suits your financial situation.
The PPF is top choice as a tax saver in 2014. It scores well on almost all parameters. This small saving scheme has always been a favourite tax-saving tool, but the linking of its interest rate to the bond yield in the secondary market has made it even better. This ensures that the PPF returns are in line with the prevailing market rates.
The PPF offers investors a lot of flexibility. You can open an account in a post office branch or a bank. However, the commission payable to an agent for opening this account has been discontinued, so you will have to manage the paperwork yourself. The good news is that some private banks, such as ICICI Bank, allow online investments in the PPF accounts with them. There's flexibility even in the quantum and periodicity of investment.

Attitude

फलक को जिद है बार बार हमारी मंज़िल  पर बिजली गिराने की....
अब तो हमने भी ठान ली  है वहीं  पर अपना आशियाना बनाने की....

Translation meaning: No matter how many times you are faced with difficulties and no matter how many times you are laid down by some circumstances, you have to be determined to reach your destination, even if it seems impossible. :)

Life is Always Incomplete

कभी किसी को मुकम्मल जहाँ नहीं मिलता
कहीं ज़मीन तो कहीं आसमान नहीं मिलता
No one ever gets the entire universe
Somewhere the earth, somewhere the sky is missing

जिसे भी देखिये वो अपने आप में गुम हैं
ज़ुबाँ मिली हैं मगर हमज़ुबाँ नहीं मिलता
Whoever you see is lost in their own sorrow
They have thoughts to share but no companion to listen

बुझा सका हैं भला कौन वक्त के शोले
ये ऐसी आग हैं जिस में धुवां नहीं मिलता
Who is able to douse the embers of time
This is a fire that has no smoke

तेरे जहाँ में ऐसा नहीं कि प्यार न हो
जहाँ उम्मीद हो इसकी, वहाँ नहीं मिलता
It's not like we won't receive love in life (O lord)
Where we hope for it we won't get it there

It's about Life. A life which appears to have all sorts of things in it, but still is incomplete. No one out there has got everything in life, no one is fully satisfied. So whatever we get we should be content with it.

Trying to interpret in a different manner here:
No one have ever got everything perfectly in this world. The earth or the sky does not meet. There is always a difference in what we think and what we get. Everyone seems to be lost in their own tales. Everyone has got one story and yet every story of life is different

No one has ever escaped the flames of misfortune in this world. It's the only fire that burns without smoke in this world. The pain inside us is like the similar fire as only we can feel it and nobody else. It is not that there is no love in this world. Everyone receives love at some point of time though not the moment we want, not from the person we expected to get it.

A Memorable Trip to Saavandurga

It was a very pleasant morning looking at beautiful early rising sun with red-in-color and cold breeze splashing on my face which i had missed for a long-time due to busy schedule day. We had planned after a long discussion with friends to take a day off from our offices and spend a day full of fun and frolic together. It was feeling very exuberance as we were going together to a place other than office. We had booked a cab from "Aishwarya Cabs" to avoid exhaustiveness and to feel fresh through out the trip. It was having ample space to befitted all.
We were going for Saavandurga Trip. We had have to climb the mountain to reach at the top of it. There were two ways to reach at the top. One was straight way which was very tough to do and the other way was little slant.
Two friends chose to go through former one and I choose to go through the later one. We took water bottle and some snacks for the trip as it was summer season and the sun was heading from the top now. Now, we were geared up for the next move and after 2 hours of fight, we were able to reach half of the way. We took some snacks and water and rested for five minutes. Then we continued our journey to reach the destination. And finally it took one more hour to touch the top of it. We were excited with zeal and shouting in exuberance and enthusiasm. I cannot define the feeling of happiness that moment. It was beyond the words. We rested there for half an hour and decide to go down now. Very easily and quickly we were getting down as it was going to be dusk. As it seems that our steps were running more quickly than brain. We were not looking anything and we touched the ground in one hour. We went to restaurant then to have lunch. We were starving and the sumptuous cousine was making it to get more. Finally, we were done and appetite was heavily loaded with tons of food. We went to cab and were heading back to room.
It was very fascinating trip with wonderful experience for lifetime.

Technical Analysis Makes Investors Ease in Predicting Volatility of Stock Market

Its always better to look back a year prior to major market events to analyse the stock market. It gives a better prediction about what direction a stock market would go further. Therefore it is interesting to be a investors because we can never predicts the ups and downs of the market and that's the reason people believe on technical analysis and fundamental news-related items.

Since the market is volatile and are moving in unusual ways but even-though all factors depend on manipulating the stocks at each moment and come to the conclusion at the end. One way is to limit the amount of information you receive into your mind from the mainstream media and listening to table pounders.

It is much better to be agnostic about the markets and utilize some technical analysis that will find the best performing asset, whether long or short. In fact, technical analysis is the one chart that tells every events occurred in history like why did it go down to that level and helps in manipulation. It is a market where you need to know “where and when” every moment.

Sumptuous Food at a Restaurant in Bangalore

After spending a great time watching movie "Shaadi ke Side Effects" in PVR Cinema at Gopalan Mall. We were leaving for our room. We were six friends, four got into their own car and two on their bike. On the way, we were gossiping over the movie just watched and slowly the talk went for Bollywood movies. We were discussing about the movies in 1947. While the talk was going on, suddenly i got an idea to go for 1947 restaurant which was about to arrive on the way. Over multiple discussions and advices, we finally decided to go for it because we had heard its name a lot of time from our friends and locals over here. We stopped our car nearby restaurant as it was having a good parking space.

We went into the restaurant and i got stunned looking at ambiance over there. It was having old carving on the walls as it was built in 1947 with cool breeze sprinkling over my face making a wonderful and excellent feeling. It mood got more fabulous. We went to our table as the appetite was feeling hungry as it was getting little delay from the regular routine. Waiter passed the menu to look over along with "Nimbu Sharbat". I opened menu to find out the best suitable simple, sober delicacies from the vast array of delectable goodies to change the taste from daily hectic oily and spicy food. We all order for lavish buffet with unlimited quantity and varieties of delicacies as we were feeling very hungry till that time.

In starters we asked them to bring palak soup, corn soup and mushroom soup. Now, curious wait was over and soup was at the table. I took a sip of it and i exclaimed with a remark "What a fine blended soup, wonderful!!!".
After that a spate of starter piled up on my table - paneer pudina tikki, papad, appimidi, kachcha mango, alu pakoda and paneer pakoda.

One good thing here was gap between distribution of each dishes. Then, main course arrived consisting of options of wheat roti, kulcha, butter nan with sabzi like sarso paneer, soyabean, alu beans and dal, fried rice, normal rice, biryani, curd rice, salad. Now, having it all my apetite was enjoying like anything.
Dessert was yet to come. It included four sweets namely gulab jamun, cham-cham, white rossogula, gajar ka halwa along with ice cream in unlimited quantity that much you can gulp. As i saw sweets, I jumped onto it to gulp all of it in one go and then one after the other sweets came and finished till my apetite got satisfied.
I paid a heavy thanks to the waiter for his kind service. It was a very nice dinner after a long time. I was just wonder how could i eat so much but one truth i came to know "If food is good appetite works like a rubber".

Miscellaneous - 1

Q: Why can’t atheists solve exponential equations?

A: Because they don’t believe in higher powers.

Poems -1

I Am Loud

I am loud,
Demanding attention.
I know when I am being charming
Because I try.
I put on my impressing face
And do my impressing hair
And speak my impressing words.
I tell you my embarrassing drinking stories
And everything else about me
That you probably shouldn’t know.

I am not good at being quiet
Because that’s not who I am.
I am not the sweet girl
Who will leave you with a smile
And a touch
And a glance
Or a single word.
There is nothing of this fashion of romance
About me.

I am the girl who will point out your flaws,
And take you outside to see the stars,
And remind you how human you are,
And what a wonderful thing that is.

I am the girl who will talk about science,
And music and theology and history,
And point out constellations, laughing,
When you don’t know the big dipper’s name.

I am the girl who will make witty references,
To classic literature and science fiction,
And will tell you stories of how I once,
Made a gingerbread replica of a lighthouse.

I am the girl who will stand on a table,
And sing at the top of my lungs on the highway,
And act like a chicken or quail or velociraptor,
Or nuzzle your face like a lion to make a point.

I am the girl who takes too many shots
And then coaxes you to bed on a Russian liver,
And knows all the right places to bite, and tease,
And follows with exceptionally coherent pillow-talk.

I am not a thin silk scarf on the wind.
I am not a thing hard to capture.
You would not spend a perilous journey
Through a wild, perfumed jungle,
Searching for my slender garments
Hung beside a pool
As I wail to the breeze.

Rather, I am the bird who flies overhead
Making too much noise
Distracting from the trail ahead.
A bird whose plumage proves
What an interesting life it must be…
What a colorful life for me…
Perpetually strange
The lone comic relief.

I am many things.
But I am not quiet.
Of this I am sure.

How

I remember the last day very well.

How happy we were to be away from the rest of them.

How fun it was sitting in your car, and screaming out lyrics to songs we would one day want marked on our bodies.

How we happily giggled and allowed every ounce of insecurity to melt away into the air around us.

How the sunlight streamed in through my windows and covered your golden skin in a thin film of white.

How it felt to kiss your lips.

How it felt to hold you close.

How your body pressed to mine created one continuous aria of love.

How my last words were "text me when you're safe and sound"

How I didn't know I would be leaving my heart in your shirt pocket.

"Will do"

The Aliens

you may not believe it
but there are people
who go through life with
very little
friction or
distress.
they dress well, eat
well, sleep well.
they are contented with
their family
life.
they have moments of
grief
but all in all
they are undisturbed
and often feel
very good.
and when they die
it is an easy
death, usually in their
sleep.
you may not believe
it
but such people do
exist.
but I am not one of
them.
oh no, I am not one
of them,
I am not even near
to being
one of
them
but they are
there
and I am
here.
